This second book in the series continues where the first ended. It continues
with simple sentences but the sentences gradually get longer. The reading sections become
longer with several sentences all relating to one topic. The punctuation for a question is
introduced along with samples of questions. And simple two syllable words become more
common, especially in the later pages. And, like the first book but probably more subtlely
here, the reading sections include a dose of teaching proper moral behavior.
