How to Reach Us
We want you, our customers, to be satisfied with your purchases. So if you would like to discuss an item with us, please feel free to write, email or call. In the past, we have discussed toy selections, provided advice on children's games, and helped find the desired copy of Harper's Weekly, just to mention a few instances. Of course, to order, we would recommend that you go to that page.
So to contact us, our phone number is 703-978-3925. Please remember that this is Eastern Time.
Our mailing address is:
Burke is in Fairfax County, Virginia. Burke's claim to fame during the civil war stemmed from a raid Jeb Stuart made on a supply depot located there. As he concluded the raid, in a gesture of playfully pulling someone's chain, he sent Montgomery Meigs, the Quartermaster General of the Union Army, a telegram complaining about the poor quality of mules the army had for Stuart to take to transport his stolen supplies.
Electronically, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org As noted in the ordering information, although you can send an order on line, please do not send us your credit card number electronically because we do not have a secure line. If you call, please make sure you are speaking to a real person and don't leave your credit information on our answering machine.
